Slayer Story
Dedicated to pizza-making as an art form, our menu centres on a meticulous process of pre-fermentation, carefully controlled temperatures, exceptional Italian ingredients, and a special hand-folding ritual that guarantees no flop, just crunch.
Our space offers two experiences: a takeaway counter to sample a slice on the go, and an elevated dining space, where you can enjoy our signature pizzas with a cocktail, spritz, or bottle of Italian wine. Slayer redefines pizza for the refined diner, with the ethos that whatever you serve on the menu, you should never compromise on quality.
Head Chef
The man behind the crunch. Born in Naples, raised in Tuscany, trained in New York, and honed at London’s most prestigious members’ clubs, Chef Angelo Cassata has been around the block. Developing his craft at some of the city’s top spots like Novikov, Franco Manca, Soho House, and Maison Estelle, Chef Angelo is now channelling his passion and nuance at Slayer.
After years spent developing his signature dough, he is the master behind our unique base – crisp on the outside, airy on the inside.
